These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy establish the terms under which 555system.com uses and protects the information provided by its users when using the website. By pressing the "subscribe" button and/or using any of our services, you agree to the terms of this document. 555system.com is committed to the security of its users' data. When we ask you to fill in personal information fields that could identify you, we assure you that this information will only be used in accordance with the terms of this document. However, these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy may change or be updated over time, so we recommend and emphasize that you continuously review this page to ensure you agree with any changes.

1.1. Country Limitations

Due to restrictions from PayPal, the payment processor used on the page for the purchase and sale of any of the ebooks, the sale of books from the Ebooks4u Online Store is available to all countries where PayPal allows online purchases (with special restrictions for Colombia), however, the free books will be available to all countries. On the other hand, the 555system.com Premium membership is available in all countries, except those where PayPal does not allow its users to receive money. As soon as PayPal changes this restriction, we will update our Terms and Conditions. 1.2. Minimum Requirements to Participate in 555system.com:

1.2.1. Be of legal age.

1.2.2. Have a phone with internet access, either Wi-Fi or mobile data. You cannot use public or mass-market internet.

1.2.3. Have an email address that you preferably check from your phone at least once a day. If you don't have an email address or simply don't want to use your personal email, you can create a new one specifically for 555system. The important thing is to get into the habit of checking it at least once a day from your mobile phone. It is suggested that you sync and activate email notifications on your phone so you are instantly notified of each new email you receive. Remember that you will receive our Free 555system Course in your email, with step-by-step video instructions to help you understand and work through the assigned tasks associated with each personal challenge. Challenge goals are educational targets and are not guarantees of earnings or results.

1.2.4. You must have or create a PayPal account where you will receive your earnings. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one later. 555system is available in any country up to the first personal challenge. However, due to PayPal limitations, 555system will not be available for challenges 2 and 3 in Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay, or Turkey, as their PayPal accounts do not allow receiving funds.

2. Terms and Conditions for Free Subscription

Any user can subscribe for free at 555system.com simply by subscribing through an invitation link from a Premium Member, using a valid email address that can be accessed from a mobile phone. This subscription entitles you to the following benefits:

2.1. You will receive the 555system Free Course completely free of charge. This course consists of a sequence of daily lessons with step-by-step video instructions related to the first personal challenge described on the homepage. The challenge is a personal educational goal; completion, earnings, and results vary by user and are not guaranteed.

2.2. You will receive the three free ebooks described in the ebooks4u section, delivered sequentially in separate installments.

3. Terms and Conditions as a Premium Member

Any user of legal age may choose to become a Premium Member of 555system.com by purchasing the 555system Premium Course offered in the "Go Premium" section. Premium Membership is optional and is not required to use the Free Course. The Premium Course consists of four ebooks, hereinafter referred to as "Premium Books". The regular total price is US$9.96. From time to time, 555system.com may offer a clearly disclosed limited-time promotional price; the current promotional price shown on the Go Premium purchase page is US$5.55 for the complete Premium activation. The price displayed immediately before payment controls for that transaction. Premium Membership is a one-time purchase and does not create a monthly subscription. Depending on the purchase path shown on the Go Premium page, activation may require the applicable Premium Book purchase or purchases using the same PayPal account. Once the required purchase process has been completed and confirmed, the user receives Premium access and the benefits described below. Purchasing Premium Membership does not guarantee earnings, sales, commissions, referrals, or completion of any challenge.

3.1. Premium Membership is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly, annual, maintenance, or administrative membership fees charged by 555system.com for continued Premium access.

3.2. You will have access to the 4 Premium Books as soon as you have made the full payment for the purchase of the 4 Premium Books.

3.3. You will have full access at no additional cost to all ebooks in the Ebooks4u section classified as ebooks.

3.4. You will have free access to a Personal Link to 555system.com in the format 555system.com/username, registered with a username that can be freely selected by the Premium Member as it becomes available.

3.5. You will have access to your own online store in the Ebooks4u section. Eligible ebooks may provide a stated payment of US$3.99 when a qualifying sale is completed through your personal 555system.com link, subject to the applicable product terms and PayPal processing fees. The payment mechanism does not guarantee that any visitor will make a purchase, that any particular number of sales will occur, or that a Premium Member will earn any particular amount. Premium Members do not receive commissions from 555system.com for books published on Amazon or courses published on Hotmart. Any third-party affiliate activity is separate and subject to the applicable third party's own eligibility requirements, terms, and policies.

3.6. New ebooks may be added to the Ebooks4u section periodically. When eligible products are made available for resale, Premium Members may promote them through their Personal Link under the applicable terms. Availability of products or resale tools does not guarantee sales, commissions, income, or any particular financial result. Premium Members and subscribers may be notified when new books are added.

4. Terms and Conditions of the "Recommend Us" program

Premium Members may also participate in the optional "Recommend Us" Program. Under this program, a Premium Member may become eligible for specific Premium Rewards when an invited user completes the qualifying actions defined by 555system.com. The currently stated reward levels may include US$1.00 after a qualifying completion of Challenge 1, US$2.49 after a qualifying Premium activation, US$4.98 after a qualifying completion of Challenge 2, and US$7.47 after a qualifying completion of Challenge 3, subject to the rules, eligibility checks, geographic and PayPal limitations applicable at the time. These amounts describe possible reward events; they are not a promise that an invitation will be accepted, that an invited user will complete an action, or that a Premium Member will receive any particular total amount. Users sharing the same IP address may be ineligible, and public Wi-Fi must not be used to create or validate referrals. Invitations must be made by lawful means and must not involve spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive advertising, or misleading income claims. Marketing, AI, SEO, e-commerce, Personal Link, and other training tools supplied by 555system.com are educational resources only and do not guarantee traffic, sales, referrals, commissions, or income. Individual results depend on many factors, including effort, skills, audience, market conditions, third-party platforms, and compliance with applicable rules.

4.1. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

555system.com provides educational content, digital products, challenge frameworks, referral tools, and optional resale opportunities. References to US$5, US$55, US$555, US$3.99, Premium Rewards, commissions, sales, or other monetary amounts describe challenge goals, product terms, or possible qualifying transactions; they are not representations of typical earnings and are not guarantees of income. Some users may earn less, earn nothing, or not complete a challenge. Results vary according to individual effort, experience, skills, audience, market conditions, availability and rules of third-party platforms, geographic restrictions, and other factors outside the control of 555system.com. No purchase should be made on the assumption that its cost will be recovered through future earnings.

10. Delivery Guarantee

The 555system Premium Course includes the Premium Books and digital access described on the "Go Premium" page. 555system.com guarantees delivery of the digital material purchased, but does not guarantee financial results, sales, commissions, referrals, challenge completion, or satisfaction based on earnings. If a purchaser does not receive the purchased Premium material because of a delivery or access problem attributable to 555system.com and the issue cannot be resolved through support, the purchaser may request a refund of the amount actually paid for the affected Premium purchase within 30 days of purchase, subject to verification of the transaction and applicable payment-provider rules.

10.1. Guarantee in the Ebooks4u section

Regarding the guarantee for the sale of books in the Ebooks4u online store, we guarantee the delivery of each ebook in good quality, whether free or paid. However, because the books are on sale at discounted prices, unlike Premium Books, refunds are not accepted for books purchased in the Ebooks4u online store, unless the offer expires and/or delivery is impossible due to unforeseen technical issues, in accordance with PayPal's Return and Buyer Protection policies at the time of purchase. Delivery of the books is guaranteed until they are received satisfactorily. Each book is programmed to be purchased individually and sequentially via an invitation link from a Premium Member. Users must ensure that the books do not end up in their spam or junk mail folder. We guarantee excellent service, and for any questions, problems, or inconsistencies, please contact our online Help Center immediately. This center is always available on the 555system.com website and through each Premium Member's personal link.

11. PayPal Terms and Conditions

For both the purchase of any ebook and to receive earnings from ebook sales in the Ebooks4u section and Premium Rewards, the only payment method is PayPal. Therefore, when creating and/or using a PayPal account, all of PayPal's Terms and Conditions must be accepted.

12. PayPal Usage Restrictions

Due to limitations imposed by the PayPal payment processor, 555system.com will be available for challenges 2 and 3 in all countries where PayPal offers its services for sending and receiving money, except for Colombia. This is because transactions between Colombian PayPal accounts are not permitted in Colombia. Colombian PayPal accounts only allow sending or receiving money from people outside of Colombia, so 555system.com is also subject to this restriction and will currently only be available to users in Colombia for the first international invitations (i.e., invitations that are not between Colombians). As soon as PayPal removes this restriction, we will update these Terms and Conditions for Colombia and other countries.
